Through in-depth study of the Scientific Outlook on Development, the author holds the new teaching concept and presents the new curriculum theory of "put students first and face all the students" in the thesis. The author aims at promoting the cultivation and development of various different quality students'biological literacy. In the experiment, the author tries to improve students' inquiry learning ability based on the students' learning features and the available hardware and software conditions that local school can provide with.The author's focus is the study on situation creation despite many current misunderstandings. Actually, the approaches of situation creation have been explored with the developing modern educational techniques and richer information sources. This thesis presents the author's in-depth study on approaches of situation creation in the following three aspects:one is to create multi-situations with modern educational techniques; another is by asking questions and providing scientific information in teaching plans; the last is to create real-life situations through students'activities.Furthermore, the author highlights some points that need paying attention to in the course of creating situations. The thesis aims at promoting the cultivation and improving the current biology teaching situations by constructing a better learning platform. By creating various situations during teaching process, students are hoped to be quickly attracted into biology-learning in limited time and to do further research actively out of class, thus achieve the designed teaching expectations.The author holds the view that teachers can flexibly create the teaching situations by all practical means despite the poor conditions in reality. The key is keen observation and scientific choice. Everything can come from everyday life. The closer to life the situation is created, the more successful the teaching is likely to be. As a result, students can more easily understand and get more lifelike experiences, thus leading to achieving the teaching goals of knowledge, ability and emotion.
