"A good beginning is half the battle", so the research of creation of situations seems more and more important, including creating simulation of situation, intuitive situation, problematic situation and operational situation. So far, many scholars have studied in depth of problematic situation. The author also thinks that the operational situation is important, so he studied the two aspects of theory and practice.For these few years of teaching, lectures, other people or sometimes simply as creating their own in creating or ignore the actual situation of the students in the creation of copying the books will become disorderly, no practical results, and play a counterproductive, and it has go opposite way of its original goal, which aim to improve the efficiency of the operational situation. In this article we study from educational structures of home and abroad to draw on the valuable experience of situations of creating, specifically to discuss the creation of operational situations based on the situated cognition theory and zone of proximal development theory. What's more, the author makes some suggestion for the bad operational situation, and come up with principles for class creation with some examples. Then put the theory into practice and make experiment with two classes, compare with the score and interest in learning attitude, to guide the teaching activities and develop the efficiency of class.
