The generation and development of numbers cannot be separated from operations.Mathematical operations have always been an important part of mathematics education in China,and the focus of mathematics educators.Mathematical numeracy is an important part of the core literacy of mathematics.As the transitional stage of students' elevation,grade one of high school is not only the transitional period from intuitive thinking to abstract thinking,but also the foundation stage of high school learning.It is also the critical period to cultivate students' operational literacy.However,in the actual teaching,there are still many problems in the mathematical operation of the senior high school students,which need to be further studied.Mathematical operation literacy of high school students is investigated and analyzed in this paper.The development of mathematics numeracy,the affecting factors and the cultivating strategy of high school students are studied by literature method,investigation method and statistical analysis method.Firstly,the research background,research significance and research content are analyzed,and then the research literature on mathematical literacy,mathematical computing ability and mathematical operation literacy are organized and analyzed.The data are obtained by questionnaires and test questions.SPSS and Excel are used to qualitatively analyze survey data in five dimensions: student's attitude,computing habit,learning method,teachers' influence and gender.The factors affecting the development of mathematics numerology of high school students are summarized.According to the test questions,the test scores are analyzed as a whole and several common types of error analysis are analyzed.The results show that the influence of gender on the mathematics literacy of high school students is not much different.Student's attitude and computing habit have large influences on mathematical literacy.The overall computing level of high school students needs to be improved.According to the analysis conclusion,from six dimensions,the training strategies of high school students' mathematics numerology are put forward,namely,(1)Establishing a operational literacy-oriented teacher-student view;(2)Clarifying the operational literacy-oriented mathematical teaching view;(3)Building a operational literacy-oriented mathematical class;(4)Creating the evaluation system ofoperational literacy;(5)Converting "four basics" into literacy;(6)Flexible use of teaching materials.
