| As a new thing in the process of education reform and development in the new era,the famous Chinese teacher studio is undoubtedly an innovative form of Chinese teachers’ post-service professional growth.While new things maintain strong vitality and development vigor,there are inevitably many deficiencies.Teachers are not highly motivated to participate,the individual is strong but the team is weak,there are systems but no implementation,and the operational efficiency is uneven.Among them,the operational efficiency of the famous Chinese teacher studio has always been the focus of many scholars’ questions and concerns.This research takes the operation efficiency of the famous Chinese teacher studio as the research content,and takes the W Chinese teacher studio of Yuci No.1 Middle School in Shanxi Province as the research case.The analysis method is based on the theoretical model of learning organization proposed by Peter M.Senge,and the five dimensions of the learning organization theory proposed by him,namely common vision,team learning,self-transcendence,mental model and system thinking.Analyzing the framework,objectively presenting the current status of the W language teacher studio,and conducting theoretical analysis.The research content includes: the first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly explains the origin of the research,the question raised,the concept definition and the literature review;the second chapter is the theoretical basis and research design part of the research.The five dimensions of the theory,shared vision,team learning,self-transcendence,mental model and system thinking,are explained,the analysis framework is clear,and the applicability of the theory is analyzed;research design mainly focuses on research objects,problems,methods,ideas and frameworks The third chapter-the seventh chapter is the presentation and theoretical analysis of the operation of the W language master studio based on the learning organization theory;the eighth chapter is the conclusion,suggestion and reflection.Through the research on the operational efficiency of the W language master studio,the following conclusions are drawn: Based on the five-dimensional perspective of the learning organization theory,the operation of the W language master studio presents a "common vision" determined by one person,unreal team learning,limitations It is due to the self-transcendence of some teachers,the mental model of "feeling good about oneself",and the ignorant "system thinking" operation status.On the basis of clarifying the reasons that affect the operation efficiency,five specific and actionable suggestions are put forward accordingly. |
