Recently, with the continuously development of new curriculum reform, significant changes have taken place in instruction concept, instruction methods, teacher-student relationships and other aspects of classroom instruction in junior high school. The disadvantages such as complexity, difficulty, uncommonness and obsolescence of traditional classroom instruction have been greatly improved, and the new round of curriculum reform has achieved a phased success. However, due to the extremely complexity of curriculum reform and the influences of other factors, how to further improve the effectiveness of classroom instruction in junior high school is still a problem that current basic education curriculum reform must be studied and solved.Based on this, this study begins with the effectiveness of classroom learning, and constructs a student-oriented analytical frame of the effectiveness of classroom instruction in junior high school. The author comes to the scene of classroom instruction in junior high school, and makes a quantitative analysis to classroom instruction from three-dimensions and ten-items such as effective knowledge quantity, the degree that how the students are devoted into their studies, the problem-solving degree, etc. by using of such research methods as questionnaires, observation, interview and so on, in order to understand the current situation of classroom instruction in junior high school and put forward effective implementation strategies of further enhancing the effectiveness of classroom instruction in junior high school.The full-text comprises five parts. The first part is a research overview of the effectiveness of teaching, which emphatically analyze and arrange the main contents and viewpoints of the effective-instruction study in domestic and abroad and make a brief appraisal on this basis. The second part makes a research on the analytical frame of the effectiveness of classroom instruction in junior high school, mainly analysing the evaluation standard and defect of the traditional classroom instruction, constructing a student-oriented analytical frame of the effectiveness of classroom instruction in junior high school—"three-dimensions and ten-items"analytical frame of the effectiveness of classroom instruction in junior high school. And based on"three-dimensions and ten- items"analytical frame, the third part gives an analysis and research to the current situation of the effectiveness of classroom instruction in junior high school by using of such research methods as questionnaires, observation, interview and so on. The fourth part is about implementation strategies of improving the effectiveness of classroom instruction. According to the problem existing in the classroom instruction in junior high school, specific strategies of improving classroom instruction have been put forward. Finally, the fifth part is the conclusion for the whole research.
