Secondary vte children's oral english class asks for a high standard of teachers' comprehensive quality when they are giving the demonstration teaching. This class is requested not only the role of "director",but also "actor". When having classes, ability of performance has to be owned by teachers in order to meets the demand of demonstration teaching. Due to lacking ability of performance,we find out that most of the teachers(in traditional view) hard to meet demands of the demonstration teaching of children's oral english class.This paper points out the reason why teachers nowadays are not competent to the task of secondary vte children's oral english class's teaching? We think that lies in the insufficient structure of knowledge for a Chinese teacher, therefore they can't meet the demand of training the skilled and of the role "actor and director" to the secondary vte children's oral english class teaching,To resolve this conflict, this article first overview the current existing problems of secondary vte children's oral english class's demonstration teaching and analyse the causes from shallow and deep. On the basis, this article will focuse on discussing how to settle the problem of secondary vte children's oral english class's demonstration teaching Then Stanislavsky's theory which is the most influential performance system infornation in the world will be introduced into this article, and combined with Si's theory to help reserch of kinds of training types to secondary vte children's oral english class. Last, this article lists several basic principles to secondary vte children's oral english class's demonstration teaching.Finally, author reviews this article to check the fruit she gain and the disadvantages she made.
