Along with the higher attention of education in our country, universities have enrollment and college students have been continuously expanded population size. As present education is still exam-oriented education in our country, the main task of college before entrance is studying and college is the only goal. After entering university many other development task burst in, college students under unprecedented pressure because all the psychological development tasks are intertwined. But not all students feel the pressure when they face these development tasks, in other words, different students stand different stress facing the same problems. Even the same pressure, some students can easy over come the difficult and deal with various development tasks in their own efforts or with help of others. And the other part of the students may not be able to adjust their psychological state and impact studies and life ultimately. That means they show they have different mental flexibility and different ways of coping with stress.it is necessary to study the collage students'perceived stress,resilience and coping style.Many study about perceived stress and psychological elastic and coping styles come out in China in recent years. But there are still some shortcomings. In order to avoid the deviation in research of pressure perception from the pressure source, further clarification the present situation and characteristics of pressure perception in college students group, clearly perceived stress and psychological, clear the relationship among perceived stress and psychological elastic and coping styles, check and rich the formers'research results on college students perceived stress, make up for limitations of the domestic study on perceived stress and provide guidance for high education psychological health. This study by random sampling method extract 500 college students in Harbin as being tested object. Conduct "the perceived stress scale", "the adult mental flexibility scale" and "coping styles questionnaire" three copies scale. And add up and analyze questionnaire valid data. The results of the study indicate that:(1) The level of college students perceived stress was low,there were siganificent difference on perceived stress on the factors of gender, major, whether or not one chaild and students source.(2) The level of college students resilience was high,there were siganificent difference on resilience on the factors of gender, major, major saticfactor,whether or not one chaild and students source.(3) College students use more adult coping style to deal with questions, and there were siganificent difference on coping style on the factors of gender, major, major saticfactor, whether or not one chaild and students source.(4) There was significant negatively correlation between perceived stress and resilience adult coping style,as well as resilience and immature coping style; There was significant positive correlation between perceived stress and immature coping,as well as resilience and adult coping style.(5) Perceived stress could positive predict immature coping and negatice predict resilience and adult coping; resilience could positive predict adult coping and negatice predict immature coping;.
