Cheerleading is a new sports event, which has become an important part of physical education in schools at all levels in China.According to the survey, there are some psychological problems in college students, especially in resilience and coping style, which seriously affect students' learning and life, and have a certain impact on their healthy growth in the future.By using the methods of literature, expert interview, psychological measurement, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics, this study conducted an in-depth investigation on the current situation of the resilience and coping style of the cheerleaders in Wuhan Institute of physical education,This paper analyzes the differences of resilience and coping style of Cheerleading students in terms of gender, grade, training years, whether they are in class or not, skill and dance cheerleading, and skill cheerleading of tips?base and protection,By using correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper evaluates the closeness of each index, establishes the relevant digital model, and further determines the prediction function of each index,in order to strengthen students' mental health, promote students' better growth, and lay the foundation for further research in cheerleading related fields in the future. The results are as follows:(1)Compared with the national norm, the overall level of resilience and coping style of Cheerleading students is in the upper middle level,in which girls are better than boys in the overall level of resilience(P < 0.05),while boys are better than girls in the overall level of coping style(P < 0.01).(2)In terms of grade comparison, grade 2 resilience is the best, followed by grade 3,grade 1,grade 4,grade 1common ways of asking for help, grade 2 common ways of solving problems and self accusation, and grade 3,grade 4 seniors and seniors use rationalized ways of coping; The longer the training period is,the better the overall level of students' psychological resilience will be,and the more problemsolving coping styles will be adopted. This may be related to learning pressure, employment environment, future planning,etc.(3)The resilience of the students who play the role of cadres in cheerleading is significantly higher than that of the ordinary students(P < 0.01).This may have something to do with responsibility, relationship management and personal experience.(4)The resilience of the skill cheerleaders was better than that of the dance cheerleaders(P < 0.01).There are significant differences in coping styles and rationalization factors.Skill cheerleading students often use self blame, fantasy, retreat and rationalization coping styles, dance cheerleading students often use help coping styles. This may be related to project characteristics and safety factors.(5)There were significant differences in resilience and coping style between the tip, base and protection of skill cheerleading(P < 0.05).The top leaders in the dimensions of goal focus and interpersonal assistance are higher than those of base and protection, and most of them adopt the coping style of help seeking, while base and protection are higher than those of top leaders in the dimensions of positive cognition and emotional control, and most of them adopt the coping style of self accusation, retreat and rationalization. This may be related to the division of roles.(6)The results of correlation analysis show that there is a significant correlation between resilience and coping style, among which resilience has a significant positive correlation with problem-solving and help seeking factors of coping style, and a significant negative correlation with self blame factors.(7)Regression analysis showed that there was a significant predictive effect between resilience and coping style. The help seeking factor of coping style was significantly positive to predict resilience, while the self blame factor was significantly negative to predict resilience.
