Education Management Research Based On The Influence Of Psychological Resilience,Social Support And Coping Style

When facing stressful accidents,the resilience and social support of senior high school students would affect coping style.It's important for students to deal with questions.So it's necessary to survey Panzhou city of Guizhou 's senior high school students from which we choose 1050 as the test simple.We adopt to questionnaires and statistical analysis method to explore the relationship among the Resilience,Social support,Coping style.The results would be help solve the management in senior high school and improve the quantity.The results show as follows:1.Senior high school students had significant gender difference in the resilience(including target focus,emotional control,family support and interpersonal assistance),social support(including others support)and coping style(including positive coping style).The different situation adopted to corresponding measures.2.Senior high school students had significant gender difference in the resilience,social support and coping style.The different situation adopted to corresponding measures.3.Senior high school students' resilience and societal support,resilience and positive coping style,social support and positive coping style were significantly positive correlated;The resilience and negative coping style were significantly negatively correlated.The results means resilience,social support and coping style had a closed relationship which could be used in daily class management.4.According to regression analysis,the two dimensions of coping style can jointly predict 32% variation of psychological resilience and the interpretation of positive coping ability to predict psychological resilience is 25%.High school class management should guide students to select appropriate coping styles.The study give many strategies and methods of education management to schools,student unions and school league committees which based on the above research results.
