By using the analytic hierarchy process to carry on the computation to various targets in the entire indicator system's weight, and using the fuzzy number research method to carry on the quantitative analysis, this article has found the question and the insufficiency which exists in our country's present university crisis management pattern and finally proposes the corresponding optimized measure aiming at that question and insufficient, provides help to solve the university crisis management problem well, and offers a useful reference to set up an university crisis management pattern that is suited to our country'actual situation.
