Starting from the influence of various important factors of higher education consumption equity, in-depth analysis of China’s higher education consumption environment, and puts forward the development direction of Chinese higher education consumption. Finally, this article from the expansion of higher education supply capacity; to improve the condition of income distribution; improve the level of consumption of higher education; puts forward reasonable suggestions to improve China’s education consumption situation by narrowing the income gap between rural and urban areas.
