South Korea's Lifelong Education Legal System And Its Englightenments To China

By analyzing the culture economy background, theory and practice of the foundation of the Lifelong Education Law of South Korea, this paper illustrates the institution, the implementation process and supervisory mechanism of the Lifelong Education Law of Korea, expecting for inspiration in instituting the lifelong law of our nation. Due to the legal guarantee of lifelong education law, the lifelong education in Korea developing so fast and being perfect day by day; and also due to this reason, it makes lifelong education going on smoothly, meanwhile, it regulates civil lifelong education rights, obligation and guarantee from various fields and sides, in this case, the lifelong law supports the boosting and development of lifelong education by national power. As the similar culture background with our country, the study of Korean Lifelong Education Law has essential significance for the instruction of our lifelong education law.The main body of the paper is as follows,In the first chapter, it analyzes the background of the foundation of the Lifelong Education Law of Korea, and separately represents the developmental process of lifelong education in Korea, multiple theory basis, and effective government social support system from three aspects, such as from the culture economy background, theoretical preparation and practice foundation, for the purpose of stressing the position and function of lifelong education in Korea.The second chapter, the paper highlights the construction of the Lifelong Education Law of Korea. This section is also the main part of the paper, and it expatiates from three aspects, the construction, implementation, and supervisory mechanism of the Lifelong Education Law of Korea. In this section, it refers to the establishment and main contents of the lifelong education law, the organization subject, funds, multiple support system, administrative supervision and notestimera mechanism.The third chapter is the inspiration for instituting the lifelong law of our nation. Consider our own national conditions, by through the measure of speeding up the tempo of establishing of lifelong education, assuring the implementation of the law, and building the supervisory mechanism for guaranteeing the foundation of lifelong education of our nation.The last conclusion part summarizes the above contents of this paper.The paper dedicates to summarize the practical experience of lifelong education law construction by through analyzing the background, processing, contents, and implementation, supervisory of the foundation of the Lifelong Education Law of Korea.
