The Practice Of South Korea And Europe Credit Bank System And Its Enlightenments To China

In the context of deepening the development of lifelong education, our country established the goal of construct a sound system of lifelong education by 2020. As a method of achieving this great goal, Credit Bank System gains extensive attentions. Many education fields such as higher education, vocational education, adult education and so on actively explored to establish a credit bank system, but in the process of exploration, they have many challenges. In this paper, I take European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System and Korean Academy Bank System as the research object, describe the background, content, feature, operation mechanism and support system of them, analyze and summarize the successful experience of Credit Bank system, and give some suggestions to China.The framework of the dissertation runs as follows:Part 1:Introduction. The introduction of first chapter helps the readers draw the outline of Credit bank system.Part 2 & Part 3:Case study of Korean Bank system and European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System. The two parts attempt to present the profile of the Korean Bank system and European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System includes the background, the content, feature, operation mechanism and support system. It will help the reader make a clear understanding of Credit Bank System in South Korea and European.Part 4:Summarize the two Credit Bank Systems in an objective way, and give some suggestions to China Credit Bank System.
