As the gradual deepening and promotion of the reform of new curriculum, people pay more and more attention to the teachers' professional development issue. Teachers who are the subject of the new curriculum, relevant to the effect of the new curriculum's practice, even relevant to students'healthy growth. In the teachers' professional development field, many studies and discusses have been made in detail and deeply about teachers'sense of happiness,professional values of teaching and teachers' burnout. Due to its close relation with teachers' professional development, professional behavior and professional psychological quality, the teachers' professional identity also increasingly get more attractive. Although the teachers' professional identity is becoming an independent study theme, domestic studies don't pay much attention to specific objects, especially nowadays as the implement of curriculum reform, the studies about primary and middle schools'music teachers are even less regarded. Today lots of teams of music teachers in the primary and middle schools are not stable, and even talents losses take place, the educational purpose and task of music class fail to be accomplished, then the reform of this situation is almost impossible to happen. Therefore, the author was intended to carry out a comparatively systematic study of the music teachers' professional identity issue, and hopefully to provide some references for school managers on teachers'management and teachers' own professional development.Taking as an example, based on the questionnaire on teachers professional identity > which was formed according to the results of studies on interviews, this research reveals the features of professional identity of current music teachers in primary and middle schools with the method of questionnaires, while using some relative questionnaires, and analyses its influential effects deeply, and the findings indicate that:1. The degree of the primary and middle school teachers' professional identity is relatively high, but it is lower than the teachers' professional identity level taking on other teaching subjects. Among the identity scores on different dimensions, professional behavior tendency gets the highest, the next is occupational values, the third is professional belonging, and the identity of the role value comes last.The level of music teachers' professional identity in primary and middle schools is influenced by individual backgrounds and schools' environment:the level of male teachers'is significantly lower than female teachers'; The dimensions on the overall level of professional identity,role values, career preference and career attribution of music teachers in primary school are significantly higher than music teachers in high school; There exist significant differences on urban and rural teachers, the dimensions on professional identity, career preference, career values and career attribution of teachers from urban areas are significantly higher than teachers from urban areas; The type of schools has significant influence on professional identity of music teachers, there exist significant difference respectively on the dimensions of professional identity of teachers according to various school types; The diploma level has significant influence on professional identity of music teachers as well, generally speaking, the higher the diploma level is, the lower the professional identity is gradually; Teaching age has significant influence on professional identity of music teachers, and its influential effects present different trends.2. There is significantly positive correlation between music teachers'professional identity and job satisfaction, and can validly predict its job satisfaction; and there is significantly negative correlation between professional identity and job burnout, and can effectively predict its level of job burnout; there are significantly negative correlation between professional identity and turnover intention, and can effectively interpret its turnover intention. Generally speaking, there was significantly positive correlation between music teachers'professional identity and their vocational psychological behavior, and can effectively predict and explain its tendency.3. In order to improve the level of primary and middle school music teachers' professional identity, government department need to realize the value of art education, guaranteeing the integrity of music education; school should build and perfect the incentive system, establishing a harmonious campus environment; teachers themselves must understand and plan its career, maintaining a scientific perspective of education.
