With the development of society, higher education has been changed from "elite education" to "mass education", Enrollment expansion of colleges and Universities increased year by year, and the scale and the speed of vocational colleges' development have increased every year. Affected by the enrollment levels and the emphasis of professional development in education, vocational college students still have some problems in good ideological qualities, moral character and habits. Develop education is good for solving specific problems in moral education and daily management, it also good for helping students develop good habits of civilization, learning habits, living habits and excellent psychological qualities.This article aims to discovery the problems in develop education of vocational schools, as well as to analyze their causes and propose positive and effective Countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts to conduct a systematic study to develop education of vocational college students.
