Studying, On The Problems Of The Students' Modernized Problem In Vocational School

In the twenty-first century, modernization construction is the main development subject of Chinese society, while people's modernization problem is its drive "bottleneck". Concretely to the modern society, the essence of people's modernization problem is a problem of person's modern occupation. Students of occupation universities and colleges are mainly engaged in the forefront of production job after graduating, which is a gigantic modernization drive of quantity certainty fresh activists. Their quality is directly related to modernization overall of builder team mass, and then produces direct but far-reaching effect to Chinese modernization. Therefore, examination and studies to universities and colleges of modernization occupation have theory and practical significance.The whole text is made up of 5 parts except for the foreword and concluding remarks.In the foreword part, the author briefly states the significance of this problem and the present condition of academic circles studying this problem. Also, the author carries out explanation to the primary problem solving and the analytical framework.Part I: The author makes explanation on keywords in the text, and points out that, modernization of occupation universities and colleges is not only the request of students'self development and vocational education, but also the must condition of our country's modernization, thus states clearly the significance of this study and examination.Part II: The author has chosen from western region an important city, Nanning City to be the studied object, including its five aspects: The learning ability, the administrative ability, the creativity, the team-working ability and the awareness on regulations, and the effect of these five aspects on students. The author reaches the conclusion that, in the new century, present condition of occupation university and college students does not show advantages for the best indeed. It exists the following primal problems: Firstly, students do not achieve occupation behavior forming; secondly, their consciousness of carrying out row of professional ethics is not strong; thirdly, their occupation attitude is not good as a whole, and their occupation preparation is insufficient. Through study, the author finds that, these are not only a phenomena lies in Nanning City's vocational school students, but also a common phenomena in all vocational schools of the country.Part III: After pointing out the serious consequences that students of modern occupation universities and colleges are short of occupation accomplishment, with thorough exploration from the causes of this phenomena, the each draws the following conclusions: First, the school itself has three direct reasons: One is that school trains on concept are anxious to achieve quick success, get instant benefits and pursue a pragmatism, which makes modern occupation education in cultivation to be ignored; A second one is deviation of concrete school teaching behavior, including limitation of traditional ideological and political education, narrowness of educational approach, obsolescence of teaching method and imperfection of estimating mechanism. A third one is that the teaching faculty of vocational universities and colleges exists some problems.Part IV: The author proceeds to carry out exploration and study on the theory and practice of vocational education between developed countries and areas so as to explore useful experience from successful vocational education reform.PartV: The author has submitted fundamental logical thoughts and feasible suggestion on how to develop Chinese vocational education, and to the quality training of students of vocational universities and colleges: One is that workers of vocational education need to renew two concepts—to renew the cognition to occupational and vocational education; to renew the cognition of personnel; Another is that vocational universities and colleges must regard students as their capital so as to develop vocational guidance, including vocational quality direction , vocational counsel and professional quality instruction; Thirdly, educational reform must be deepened:1.Political workers of vocational colleges and universities must innovate their political education;2.Vocational colleges and universities must construct perfect vocational education system;3.Cooperation between schools and business should be enhanced; 4.Reasonable and scientific appraisal mechanism should be established;Forthly, versatile teaching faculty ought to be constructed; Fifthly, the government must strengthen its value to vocational education and increase its investment.Concluding remarks: The author has made conclusion on the main viewpoints of the whole text, and has also looked into the future at the cultivation of students of modern occupational universities and colleges.
