New round of the physical education curriculum reform is divided into five areas, and the idea of reform the curriculum established a new teaching objectives, the majority of PE teachers put forward higher requirements.The specific requirements of the five areas identified five areas of learning objective, physical education teachers in determining, in accordance with the requirements of the five areas, to propose specific targets. It is a manifestation of the overall goal. It is easy for teacher's organizations and the choice of teaching content of the course into practice .With the implementation of new curriculum standards, the five areas of physical education, namely: sports participation, sports skills, physical health, mental health, social adaptation, these five areas of physical education require a higher and more detailed, base on the level of mastery of knowledge and skills, propsed the better understanding ;base on the interest and hobby in the training exercise, proposed institute of Physical and evaluation of learning, enhance practical ability and innovativeability; base on the mental quality of the proposed interpersonal skills and spirit of cooperation, proposed the sense of team; base on the groups in making personal health and the health of social responsibility , a healthy lifestyle, proposed a proactive and dynamic attitude towards life. Therefore, the five learning areas had a great influence on the behavior of the Middle School PE teachers,they design some new teaching methods with the requirement of the five learning areas, they begin to paying attention to the feel of the students, the dominant position of the students, the interest in learning of students, the mental state of students, the social adjustment of students. At the same time, some interesting and innovative teaching content came into the teaching practice, the PE teachers changed just concernd about the learning of motor skills, but trying to change the traditional ideas, through the teaching of sport to achieve the objective target. In the teaching process more and more teachers begin to pay attention to the mental heath of the students, and start to pay attention to the sport technology, social relationgship, between the formation of adaptive capacity, began to explore how to use teaching sports techniques, sports techniques, and promote student support into good behavior.This research uses literature data method, questionnaire survey, logic analysis and interviews.anyang xinxiang, hebi, zhengzhou, xuchang, pingdingshan, nanyang of henan province, 37 middle school physical education teachers as survey objects in middle school for five fields, focusing on the practice of the survey and analysis.It is concluded that the main conclusions are as follows:1 The physical education teachers fully understand the five learning areas through hard learning.2 The physical education teachers have changed the teaching methods according to the requirements of the five learning areas, the design of the teaching begin to paying attention to the feel of the students, the dominant position of the students, the interest in learning of students, the mental state of students, the social adjustment of students.3 The physical education teachers in accordance with the contents of the new curriculum standards and the specific requirements of the five learning areas, the wording of the traditional lesson plan has been improved , simplify the lesson plans.4 The prepare part of the physical education teachers have changed, put the requirements of the five learning areas into the part of prepare, trying to achieve the specific goals of the five areas.5 The physical education teachers have changed the attitude of high-quality and actively organize high-quality courses, also paying attention to the high-quality of the other physical education teachers.6 The teaching ability and secentific research of teacher get hold of higher improved.
