In recent years, The Teaching Reform in our classroom is continuous. A large number of researchers have already studied the kind of problem. Based on the analysis of the existing studies, the present study designed the classroom participation questionnaire of the primary students. The present study discussed the overall characteristic of the classroom participation by primary students and the relationship between the classroom participation,self-concept and academic achievement.The present study chooses primary students from 4 primary school in S area as the subjects, and check the construction of the primary student's classroom participation questionnaire, The study draws the following conclusions: the questionnaire contains 3 dimensions. They are behavioral participation,relying on the teachers and felling participation, which is in line with the beginning hypothesis. The questionnaire is reliability and validity.The study measured 470 primary students from 3 grade to 5grade, using the primary students classroom participation questionnaire,self-describing questionnaire of SDQⅠand academic achievement of students .Through Average,Independent-sample T-test,One-Way ANOVA, the researcher studies the overall characteristic of the primary classroom participation. The study draws the following conclusions:(1) The general level of primary classroom participation is very good. And the primary students are tend to the behavioral participation and the feeling participation.(2) There are significant gender differences in the primary classroom participation and self-concept. Girl's participation and self-concept are more actively, positively than boys.(3) There are significant differences in different areas. The city school's participation and self-concept is better than the country school.(4)There is significant in students participation and self-concept concerned with grade.Researcher, using correlation analysis,regression analysis, draws the following conclusions in the relationship between the primary classroom participation,self-concept and academic achievement. The conclusions are as follows:(1) The classroom participation is positive relevant to the self-concept. (2) There are significant differences in the primary classroom participation concerned with academic achievement.(3) There are significant differences on the self-concept concerned with academic achievement.(4) About students participating, behavioral participation could positive predict self–concept.(5) Behavioral participation,feeling participation and self-concept could predict academic achievement.
