When a society progress to some certain extent, more expectations and concerns of education would come from people sooner or later. Today is an age of information knowledge and globalization, when the growth of knowledge has been updated to a geometric-shaped velocity. Ten years ago, the education authorities consider the popularization of compulsory education very important, but now they pay more attention to the quality of education. Especially in the recent few years, the quality of education attracts more and more attention from the community, and the education reform seems to be more and more inevitable and urgent. As the key factor of the quality and capacity of education, teachers are also the decisive parts of the education reform. Although the quality of education comes from many different reasons, we are certain that the most important one is the teacher who is in charge of teaching tasks. This paper focus on the new politics teachers who are directly responsible for the teaching in schools, for they are the main force and backbone of middle school politics education in future. With the remarkable advantages and obvious weakness of themselves, they must concentrate on how to avoid the disadvantages and improve their teaching capacity, and make full use of what they gain.With the help of a lot of documents and the information from field survey, this paper comes from the importance of the training of new politics teachers, and then analyse some keywords of the improvement of teaching skills for new teachers, from the study all over the world. After that, in terms of their own problems of new teachers, the training given by the schools, pre-vocational education and the concerns from the community to new teachers, the survey helps to learn about the status of new politics teachers and try to figure out the ways to solve the problems. It is found that lack of certain capacity, constraints from schools, inadequate training and the social factors finally result in current conditions of new politics educationists. According to the study on the reasons above, suggestions to improve the capacity of new politics teachers are given as follows at last: 1. to pay more attention to new teacher from the community by increasing the social influence of young politics teachers, breaking the concepts of "main subjects" and "deputy subjects" to ensure equality and improving the treatment of teachers to motivate them.; 2. to strengthen the entry education for new teachers; 3. to set up more skill training in teachers schools; 4. to provide better circumstances for new teachers by schools by realizing the school-based training systems, adopting the "diverse" evaluation systems and managing new teachers humanely; 5.to level up the educational quality of new teachers by enhancing other subjects to upgrade the comprehensive capacity, improving professional quality of politics teaching and linking theory with practice;...
