Research On Status Of The Middle School PE Teacher’s Capacity Requirements And The Training Strategy Of PE Major

As the development of society and the continuous deepening of PE curricular reform in middle schools, the research of the Middle School PE Teacher’s capacity requirements has caused the all and social concern with the section to value highly and it also has become the hot research topics of school sports. For regulating the professional competency standards, strengthen the professional competence, optimizing the construction and improving the overall level of ability of middle school PE teachers, In this study, literature study, questionnaire, expert interviews, as well as mathematical statistics were used, through theoretical analysis and empirical research,Questionnaire on these aspects which are the basic situation of middle school physical education teachers, Work ability level, the degree of self-knowledge structure needs, demand of teaching and training capacity, the degree of capacity requirements of teaching aids and the graduate status quo of major college physical education. And the survey results were analyzed to get the following conclusions:(1) The middle school physical education teachers in Chongqing can adapt to the current Chongqing middle school sports teaching needs in many ways which are the professional degree, and the referee rating, as well as number of the referee can be competent. But it exist unreasonable place in the teachers’ professional and the distribution of after-school work. However, Male and female teachers in the distribution is not very reasonable, also the distribution of urban and rural teachers.(2) Factor analysis was performed on the survey results is the knowledge ability structure of middle school PE teachers in Chongqing. We got three public factors which are basic consistent with the number distribution of people who need to cultivate the knowledge ability among middle school PE teachers in Chongqing at present. This shows that the composition of the middle school PE teacher’s knowledge structure are:sports knowledge, basic knowledge and the knowledge of science. Among them the sports knowledge is the need to improve in Chongqing city middle school physical education teachers now.(3) Three public factors are get in factor analysis the training capability of Chongqing’s middle school PE teachers which are physical education practice teaching capacity factor, training capacity factor and theory teaching ability factor. And that physical education teaching practice ability is the urgent need to improve for middle school PE teachers in Chongqing city.(4) To analyzing the auxiliary ability of middle school PE teachers in Chongqing by factor analysis we obtain the following results. The ability of the demand level of auxiliary of self-assessment questionnaire can be divided into seven items which are sports event management and organizational capacity factor, social sports ability factor, the self-regulation ability factor, scientific research innovation ability factor, sports protection ability factor, interpersonal skills factor as well as Dealing with emergencies capacity factor of middle school PE teachers. And yet the scientific research innovation ability and competition organization with the referee ability and the ability to deal with emergencies as well as the ability of protection and help which aspects are need to be cultivated, but the social sports ability is the least urgent need to culture.(5) The analysis results of Physical Education Teaching skills from the current situation for Chongqing middle school PE teachers to Physical education graduating students indicate that most middle school sports teacher are very unsatisfied with sports teaching skills of the student.According to the conclusion of this study, we put forward the following suggestions to the course training program of college PE majors and the middle school PE teachers in Chongqing at present:(1) The middle school physical education teachers in Chongqing should be timely to improve their personal ability, to read more sports related books and professional theory knowledge, often participate in regular physical exercise and school education department and the organization of the various teacher training and sports.(2) Recommendations should set some sports professional knowledge respect course when college physical education professional in making course training scheme at present, to make the students as far as possible much learning sports professional knowledge and corresponding reduce some of the basic knowledge and the knowledge of science curriculum Settings.(3) Suggestions of colleges and universities should pay attention to the students in the sports teaching practice ability of the curriculum, for example opening middle school sports teaching materials and courses, lengthen the education internship students time to students, not only let the students practice before graduation, but also should let students in practice in physical education learning to overall improve students’ practical teaching experience.(4) Suggest universities should set these curriculums about sports scientific research innovation ability, organization of the competitions with the referee ability, deal with emergencies and protection and help ability and so on, furthermore throughout the four years college life.(5) Suggest that universities should open a characteristic specialized courses and new curriculum combined with local middle school sports teaching situation, geographical position and folk customs.
