| With the development of times, the importance of talent resource is prominent day by day. More and more countries and areas have been realized that economic growth and development can't just depend on abundant natural resources, and talent resource is an inexhaustible motive force of economic growth and development. Talent resource has been a core competitiveness of countries in the 21st century.This paper has analyzed the relationship between the regional industrial restructuring and the talent provision, on the basis of the correlation theory of human capital and industrial restructuring, the experience of the developed countries on industrial restructuring and talent provision. And then, this paper has concluded that the relationship between industrial development and talents'supply of colleges and universities. Combining the actual conditions and development tendency of Chongqing, the paper has proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The main contents include:1. Study on the relationship between industrial development and talent provision. This part has concluded that both of industrial restructuring and talent provision complement each other and promote mutually by data analysis and comparison analysis. And then, uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to research the relationship between the industrial development of Chongqing and talents'supply of colleges and universities further, which is help for the following study.2. Forecast the demand of human resources in the future of industrial development and the talents'supply of colleges and universities. This paper has analyzed the demand for the quantity and different levels of talents with the development of industrial in Chongqing, and forecasted the quantity and different levels of talents in colleges and universities. On that basis, this paper analyzed the predicted results in two ways.3. In order to offer a strong talents support to the development of industrial in Chongqing, this paper has proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions of this study are:1. The industrial development and talent provision are interacted and mutually restricted. Reasonable talent provision can promote industrial structure adjustment and upgrade. Improper talent provision will be a barrier to the readjustment of industrial structure. Industrial development affects the employment of college graduates and pushes colleges to adjust the cultivating modes of the talents.2. Gross value of industrial output of Chongqing is associated with the talents'supply of colleges, and that has proved the relationship of industrial restructuring and talent provision in colleges is supplementing each other.3. According to the forecast outcome, by 2015, the quantity required by industry development of junior college, undergraduate and postgraduate will be about sixty-seven thousand, forty-nine thousand and six thousand. But the supply quantity of junior college, undergraduate and postgraduate will be about thirty-five thousand, thirty-three thousand and six thousand. The quantity of talents of junior college and undergraduate can't meet the need of industrial development.4. Be based on above analysis, comprehensive quality and technical skills of applied talents should be further improved. In order to offer powerful talents support, colleges and universities in Chongqing should adjust the structure of talented persons training. |
