Research On Formation And Development Of Personal Training Characteristic Of Local Industrial Colleges

As one special type of colleges and universities in China,the local industry colleges and universities are directly managed by industry ministries and commissions.The services are oriented to specific industries.This kind of colleges and universities are often referred to as industry colleges or industry-specific universities.The reform of the education management system was transferred to local government in 1998.The service orientation was adjusted to focus on local economic development,which was often referred to as local industry colleges or transferred colleges.As a fundamental task of colleges and universities,talent cultivation has experienced twists and turns in the development of local industry colleges and universities.“Double-class” and “featured universities” are new opportunities for the development of talent cultivation characteristics.Based on the process of the development of talents training in local industry colleges and universities and analysis of specific cases,combined with case research and historical research,this paper analyses the change of talent training characteristics and the influencing factors in the development of local industry colleges and universities.The paper explores series of developments and changes in the four dimensions from the characteristic development perspective,focusing on the four dimensions of subject professional setting,curriculum system,teaching staff and school-enterprise cooperation.Analyzing the influence factors of characteristic changes at different stages and summarizing the regular characteristics,which is based on the theory of triple helix model.Based on the above analysis of the formation and development of talent cultivation characteristics,some suggestions are provided from two aspects,which one is macro aspect from government policy,another is from four dimensions from optimizing subject,creating school-based curriculum,enhancing the double-teacher faculty and promoting entrepreneurship education for the integration of production and education.
