"The revocation of privately-operated compulsory education in Quanzhou"reflects that there are many predicaments existing in the privatization of compulsory education of our country currently. As to the legal norm, the constitution and statutes not only do not prohibit the private operating the compulsory education ,but also stimulate it. As to the jurisprudence, we are able to afford theoretical basis for the privatization in compulsory education through the analysis of governmental responsibility, option of compulsory education and private schools which exist in the process of launching the compulsory education. At the same time, to propel the public-private partnership in operating the compulsory education ,it is vital to provide protection in administrative law. To extricate oneself from the dilemma of the privately-operated compulsory education in the future, it is crucial to keep a sound supervision afterward.
