| The rapid development of economic has witnessed the ever-growing demand and requirement for vocational high school graduates as well as the concern on vocational education from government authorities. However, secondary vocational school is now facing tough times as many of their students, who are treated as"loser"during their previous school years, fail to show any interest in learning. Since mathematics education only serves for supporting professional study , so more and more students neglect or even hate math, which leads to ineffective teaching of mathematics. Thus it is pretty crucial to change current situation by enhancing teaching effectiveness. In this paper, I will make some preliminary discussion on this issue.There are altogether five parts in this thesis.In the first part, I briefly describe the solicitude of government authorities for vocational education as well as the current situation faced by domestic vocational schools and elaborate the theoretical and practical significance of this issue.In the second part of the thesis I state the meaning of effectiveness and review domestic and foreign theoretical schools of effective teaching.The third part covers the research framework and methods.In the fourth part, from teaching practice, the Ministry of the professional and specialized courses in depth interviews with teachers, understand the needs of specialized courses in mathematics; also choose to compare the experimental class teaching, and through questionnaires, paper tests, individual interviews, etc. and the experimental class general version of the comparative study, summarize the findings.Finally, according to the practice of teaching to get inspired, the author presented to the class before the lesson, teaching after-school reform to improve the effectiveness of mathematics teaching a number of recommendations. |
