Compulsory education school teacher burnout means teachers cannot effectively cope with work pressure and the emergence of an extreme reaction, performance for emotions, attitudes and behavior of the recession state, which will directly cause emotional exhaustion, disintegration of personality and reduction of a sense of achievement. In this paper, on the basis of reality investigation and study to the Suzhou compulsory education school teachers' occupational burnout, trying to find efficient strategies for dealing with the problem through Positive Psychology is the main purpose.Teachers in the nature of work itself because of the emotional input and the working load of the great emphasis, unfortunately become occupational burnout high-risk groups. Possible adverse consequences as results: teaching ineffective, teaching quality declining, students' physical and psychological damage and so on, various unhealthy phenomena.Teachers' occupational burnout will seriously affect the stability of pedagogic team and national education career and the development of the society. Studying and resolving this problem to improve teacher's professional life quality, to push forward the country's education career is really meaningful. This paper studies compulsory education school teachers' occupational burnout performance characteristics, harmfulness, and analyzes its cause of formation, from two perspectives into the main countermeasures should be taken: one, from positive psychology Angle, guide teachers to maintain a healthy body and mind to conquer professional ennui; Second, from the Angle of school functions to create a positive environment for teachers, help teachers to conquer professional ennui.
