Job burnout phenomenon exists in many industries, especially in the industries of those need continuous, nervous interact with other people, it means a kind of extreme psychological emotion caused by condition that individuals cannot correctly handle their work problems. In order to achieve the unity of people and society, promote social harmony and sustainable development, the purpose of social work is enable people to help themselves, and its object is use professional methods to help vulnerable groups to formed a correct working or lifestyle; to prevent and resolve part of the economic issues, as well as social problems caused by unhealthy lifestyle. Although the purpose of social work is helping people, but the most of social workers are not tougher than the others in psychological endurance and emotional control. And because of the characteristics of the industry, they will be more often than others to face the "job burnout" threat. This research carries out a research into S social work institutions in Shenzhen city, which analyzes present status, demographic characteristics and influencing factors of social workers, and combining with their sub-health state assessment, to investigates the models of health condition of burnout social workers; The paper is aimed at the frontline of social worker development-Shenzhen, to know the work pressure front line social workers are facing, the pressure influence factor, and their job satisfaction and burnout feelings, so as to give them better instruction and support. At the same time, establish and improve social worker career development system, prevent work burnout, enhance well-being, and strengthen their psychological sense of belonging to the city by researching and analyzing burnout phenomenon appears in social worker group. Thus research the law of job burnout and take effective ways to prevent and overcome it are of theoretical and practical significance for motivating social workers’ enthusiasm and increasing working efficiency.
