| According to the essence in relevant papers issued by the Ministy of Education and the State Sport General Administration, it is of great value and significance for China to realize the multi-channel, multi-format, multi-level of track and field training excellent talents. Mining the potential of the school physical education is also very important. After-school track and field training is an important part of school sports education. It has the vital significance to carry out the party's education policy, and promote the students' all-round development and track and field training talents.This essay puts forward the solution using references,quetionnaires and interviews and such approaches as logical generalization,comprehensive analysis and mathematical statistics method,etc. 49 track and field coaches and 349 athletes of 38 high middle school in Wuxi carried on the questionnaire survey. They study and analysis the current situation of the coach team , the athletics team, track and field training security . The results show that (1). Age and gender structure, coaches'track and field , degree and professional title structure are more reasonable.(2)Track and field trainers are not very experienced and usually have low movement technical level . On the other hand, the non-track and field special trainer make up a high percentage of the whole coaches. They suffer from heavy work load,little pay and immature awarding systems (3). The majority of track and field trainer's work is positive , but the motivations that they instruct the training work are mainly the external factor actuations. Although the majority of track and field trainers has certain scientific research ability, they are not interested in the sports scientific research. There are few academic exchanges, and on-the-job training condition is unoptimistic. (4). The motivation of Track and field athletes'participating in training is to enter the university, but not for the love of atheletics.Few people tend to become professional athletes.The Amateur Athletic training level is still low, they can't play a full part in training and conveying movement in the foundation of basic competitive talents. (5). There are mostly short-term and utilitarian effects in Wuxi High School Amateur Athletic training program. (6). The track and field training time of nearly half of the high school in Wuxi is less than normal ,which has an impact on the training effect meanwhile. (7). The emphasis that the leaders, teachers, and parents lay on the Amateur Athletic training needs to be improved. Some schools and teachers do not pay much attention to the athletes'learning of literacy class. And the contradictions between learning and training issues still exist. (8).The training funds and equipment of Wuxi High School can meet the basic need for Amateur Athletic training, but they show less concern for the life of athletes. In order to solve the problems above,the essay raises the following counter measures: (1)The authorities should be aware of the importance of Amateur Athletic training and change their ideas. (2) Strengthen the training system for coaches, and improve their ideological and professional quality. (3) Make clear the goal of the competition and improve the competition system. Also reasonable competition regulations should be enacted for the high school students.(4) And further increase the track and field amateur training expenditure, establishing an effective incentive mechanism and training security system.(5)Strengthen the "Combination" training mode to ensure that both the learning and training of the athletes will be developed. (6) Set up the key track and field training base in wuxi conditional middle school. |
