The Study On The Students’ Present Training Situation And Countermeasure Who Specialize In Track And Field Of Sports Training In Colleges Of China

At present, our country is during the period of the transformation from a major sports country to asports power country. Therefore, the training of senior sports talent is particularly important. As a mainposition personnel training, universities are responsible for the cultivation of the senior specialized talentswho are full off innovation spirits and practice abilities Since the new century, along with the socialprogress, the sports training major has become an important field of sports talents training. Sports trainingneeds comprehensive, systematic and effective programmatic guidelines, however,our country sportstraining has some differences. Based on this, this paper tends to discusses the talent training plans andteaching situation, analyze the training experiences and problems, in order to make the sports training betterwhich has important strategic significance to our social development.Using the literature material law, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,logic analysis and other methods, this study do a research to the teaching scheme of professional track andfield sports training special in18universities and draw the following conclusion:1）The college sports training special professional track and field teaching program can basically meetthe requirements of society and education, but along with new request of the social and education totalented person’s, only Beijing Sports University, the Shanghai Sports Institute and the SouthwestUniversity can timely revise and updated the syllabus, other colleges and universities teaching outlinerevised and updated period is longer, the syllabus revision adjustment can still has the necessary and space,which influence the teaching outline, therefore, the school track and field teaching program must bechanged in order to promote its feasibility.2）The aspect of target setting, Beijing Sports University emphasizes the inter-disciplinary talenttraining to adapt to the era of track and field personnel requirements, in addition, the points semesterteaching goal setting method is worth reference and promotion. Most other universities neglect thecompound senior talents, less considering the social change and education reform on comprehensivequality talented person’s demands; In the specific teaching target,the colleges pay attention to knowledgeand skills, ignore the students’ feelings, attitudes and values, pay attention to the cultivation of basic and professional, and neglect the cultivation of students’ comprehensive abilities.3）The total class of track and field sports training special is less, heaving technology and lightingtheory is a common phenomenon, only the Capital Institute of physical education, Central China NormalUniversity, Hebei Normal University, Southwest University and Henan University keep a proportion of2:8or3:7; Oher colleges’course content emphasizes on basic, ignore the frontier course and times, bodybuilding and interesting, less consider students’ subjectivity, and neglected the track and field trainingrelated knowledge and the students’ abilities.4）Through the survey,we found that the Wuhan Sports College, Chengdu Sports College, CentralChina Normal University and Southwest University can maintain its special class evaluation formsdiversity and scientific, which has received the expert teacher’s affirmation, other universities in theinspection still exist the problems of excessive emphasizing on quantitative assessment of standards andsummative assessment, ignoring qualitative evaluation, procedural evaluation and relative evaluation,ignoring students’ comprehensive ability evaluation, evaluation mechanism and lacking of scientificevaluation to the students’ development.5）On the special technology courses’ arrangement of the various colleges and universities,CentralChina Normal University, Southwest University and Henan University is reasonable on the teachingscheduling weeks, keeping6-8special class weekly, which is accepted by the teachers. The rest collegesare less on the weeks class time, which affects the teaching.6）On the teaching organization of various colleges and universities. They take the form of teaching bydifferent teachers in the technology class, but only Central China Normal University, Beijing NormalUniversity, Southwest University, Suzhou University and the Shanxi University use this form; Mostuniversities can keep2-3rounds of the technology teaching.7）The track and field sports training of special has no unified teaching material, most universitiesselect the universal use version, Beijing Sports University and Qufu Normal University, combining withtheir own school-running features, and choosing teachers method is worth reference. At present, variousuniversities’ teaching material has the problems of updating slow,poorer contents agility and applicabilityand lacking of novelty and interesting.8）The track and field sports training of special students’ practical ability training mode is diversified, at the same time, most schools still tend to use more traditional and simple way to develop students’practical ability, but Wuhan Sports College, Chengdu Sports College, Capital Institute of PhysicalEducation,Southwest University, Shanxi University and Jimei University use a variety of forms to developstudents’ practical ability method which is worth for other universities; Most colleges arrange lessinternships; Educational practice over a single form, which is concentrated practice way.
