The article takes example of the current situation of young Chinese teacher in Shanghai Jiading Qiliang Junior High School, mainly focusing on the combination of individual teacher's practice and effects to discuss the general strategy of young junior high school Chinese teacher's growth under IT environment.First of all, some terms like IT environment, young junior high school Chinese teacher and teacher's professional growth will be defined, clarifying the current situation of domestic and oversea project research as well as whose the meaning and value on academic institution development. Especially for the necessity and adaptability of project systematization, then combining with the theory of teacher's professional growth, such as periodic, practice and lifetime theory of teacher's professional growth to showcase the vivid harvest of Qiliang Junior High School and finally put forward the general strategy of young junior high school Chinese teacher's professional growth under IT environment.
