Research On The Security Of Ideological Education Of The Employment Of College Students

Along with the adjustment of the employment system and Mechanism of our country, it has become a focus problem that university graduates can hardly get jobs. And that problem has aroused extensive concern of colleges, parents and society. As college students are valuable human resources in our country, the Party Central Committee and the State Council attaches great importance to the work of college students' employment. And a series of papers and policies have been published to promote the employment of college students. The Ministry of Education has issued the notice on strengthening college students' ideological and political education of employment in which a brand-new subject that university students'ideological and political education of employment has been first proposed.This article has summarized a few subjective factors that have been affecting the employment of college students from current situation of university student's employment, such as cognitive factors, concept factors, psychological factors, moral factors and so on. In addition, it has also found out some outstanding problems about college students' employment awareness. For instance, cognitive bias, psychological problems, obstacles of ideas, moral defects, etc. On the basis of those analyses, the author elaborates his point from theoretical and practical aspects that ideological and political education guarantees the development of graduate employment to a certain extent. And the guarantee is reflected in college students'cognitive improvement, renewal of concept, psychological adjustment, and correct guidance to their outlook of life, values and employment awareness.
