In recent years, with the accelerated pace and increased depth of China's reform, as well as the further development of economy, freedom of migration is accelerating so that urbanization is irreversible. As the"heaven", Suzhou has the beautiful environment,comfortable climate which is very suitable for the daily life. In addition,due to the rapid economic development, a lot of people are attracted to Suzhou to further explore the development. Most of them are migrated from other locations with the family. Due to the constraints of the education level, economic conditions and social status, most of new Suzhou people's concepts of family education are out of time,the methodology of the education is single and invalid, and lack of the initiative to learn the advanced concepts and tools on the family education. In light of the above, there is a big problem in the family education so that a significant gap is between the new Suzhou people's family education and school education. This article is trying to analyze the problems and reasons in the new Suzhou people's family education from junior middle school's ideology and moral character teacher's point of view and doing research on how to handle all kinds of effective teaching activities outside the classroom,assist the school and teacher to hold the creative activities to enhance the connection between the school and the parent; cooperate with the community to express the education function and discuss the relationship between the junior middle school's ideology and moral character teacher and the new Suzhou people's family education .The junior middle school thought moral character teachers hold the thought moral character class all kinds of effective teaching activities cooperating with headteachers, so that the concepts of family education from new Suzhou people could be changed through these channels aforesaid and help the parents of the new Suzhou people learn the scientific method, address and solve a series of problems in the family education,in order to keep consistent with the family education and school education.It will promote the students'physical and psychological development and make the life more peace and harmony.
