Special education as an important part of education in China which plays an important role. In the process of establishing harmonious society. Physical education is an important part of special education which plays a unique and vital role in the physical and mental development of human. However, the current research in the field of Physical education is about students in ordinary schools, few studies of special school Physical education. Even in this rarely study, much is deaf students or mentally retarded born, ignoring the blind. Because visual limitations, blind students can learn numbered sports, there is no uniform teaching material for the blind students, physical education teachers of the blind can only refer to the physical education materials of ordinary student. curriculum out of touch with real life of blind students and can't satisfy the blind students'special demand. Therefore, the development of PE curriculum for the blind to meet the special needs of blind students, on the one hand enrich the content of physical education for the blind, on the other hand play close attention to persons with disabilities and an important way to achieve educational equity in the harmonious society. Life education emphasize course content closely linked with life. This text use life education as the main line, using literature, action research, expert interview , quepstionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and cooperating with Suzhou blind and deaf school blind department to develop PE curriculum closed contact with the blind students real-life.Through research that : 1.Through the action research plan that: the development to physical education curriculum resource for the blind students taked life education as the main line greatly increased the interest of blind students to participate in sport, accord with physical education curriculum goals of blind students and accord with the need of physical and mental characteristics and development of blind students. Adaptation of calisthenics effectively train the consciousness of self-regulation body posture and through learning calisthenics train the consciousness of"beauty ". The introduction of the rabbit dance and the creation of "rowing" games all effectively training the blind students'consciousness of unity and cooperation. Creating balance exercise and " single-log bridge " game exercise the balance ability of the blind students. Though the effect is not obvious, the balance ability of he blind students also has been improved before implementation of the plan. To make the blind students have significantly improvement in the balance of capacity, the need for a long time to practice. The blind students'directional ability is poor, create the gateball game made full use of the existing school equipment and exercise a blind orientation ability. this action research also solved the puzzle of what to teach for PE teacher in suzhou blind deaf school blind department.2. Through the exploitation to PE curriculum resources draw: Introduction of curriculum resources should focus on close contact with the blind in real life, choosing curriculum content should be consistent with the actual movement of the level of blind students. The Blind is sensitive to the strong rhythm of the music, so introduce the sport accompanied by music. Transformation of Physical Education (and Health) curriculum resources should be based on the physical and mental characteristics and development needs to blind students, So that through the efforts can achieve. Creating physical education (and health) curriculum content should follow the interesting principles and practical principles change has been the phenomenon of boring in blind physical education.
