Abstract:This study mainly uses literature research and survey method, focuses on the problems and countermeasures in development of Curriculum Resource of Life Education in Primary and Secondary school.The Curriculum Resources of Life Education is a potential resource that need to be developed, it does not consciously into curriculum areas for curriculum goals without development. Under the guidance of priority, adaptability, economic priciples, this paper selected the teacher resources, teaching material and activity resources as the research object.With studying of these three optimate life education resources in a perspective of Curriculum Resources,Teachers help students to grow up by the transmission of knowledge resources, infection of affective resources, sharing of experience resources;Teaching materials present optimate life education teaching process by the creative utilization;Activity resources rich students emotion and deepen students’comprehend life by the way of thinking, judgment, choice and experience.These three kinds of optimate Life Education Curriculum Resources are lurking great resource values. But in the real process of primary and secondary school, its value is not fully developed and there is a big gap between ideal and reality. Teachers’knowledge and skills structure is difficult to be competent with Life Education.The weak relationship between teachers and students shackled emotional interaction, and teachers’repressed state can not activate students’life.The lack of national unity materials, restricted the use of teaching materials.Primary and Secondary school need to make a change from the concept, take action to seek effective measures for cultivating Life Education Curriculum Resources.First,the protection of external environment. Bring the life education into national curriculum plans, and strengthen the government’s macroeconomic regulation and control of life education.Establish the teacher training program. Second,the improvement of internal environment. Set up a special planning and management team of primary and secondary schools and carry out the unified planning and deployment for the curriculum resources development and utilization.Teachers need to have a self-reflection and establish a good relationship with students.All besides, all of the teachers and students need to participate in school-based life education textbook writing.And also, we need to set up the long-term innovation activity forms and encourage teachers’participation and capture the dynamic generative resources in a timely manner,deepen the student experience and sublimate the students emotion.
