The Investigation Of Physical Education In Liaocheng Rural Mid-school

As a large agricultural country, the physical quality of the farmers is directly related to the quality of the whole country, so the development of the rural sports is of great significance. And rural sports have to start from rural education of Middle schools which is also the strategy focus of the development of the national sports and vital to the quality-oriented education. It has profound significance to the growth of the students & the health of the students.This thesis investigates the rural sports education of Middle schools, extracurricular sporting activities, after-school training and competition, teaching resources, the equipment of field facilities, and athletics budget of Liaocheng, analyzes the factors that affect the development of the rural sports, and present the corresponding measures by questionnaire survey, interview, looking up document literatures,and site inspection. The aim of this thesis is to provide decision-making department with certain info. of reference value.The conclusion of the random sampling of the 172 teachers and 64 educational research group leaders from 64 rural Middle schools of Liaocheng is as follows.(1)the status of the sports in Middle schools in Liaocheng is very low. The national policies are not carried out well, the students donot have regular extra curricular activities times,and the after-class training and competition.(2)The qty of the sports teaches and academic degress in Liaocheng are reasonable but the sex ration is out of balance, the amout of the teachers' work is heavy and the workload and treatment are not in proportion which also cause the unsteady of the sports teachers and job burnout tendency. (3)Basketball court and ground track field are the main sports fields of rural Middle schools in Laocheng. There are a shortage of popular sports equipments and lag of field construction.(4)The sports funds is limited.
