Under the guidance of the New Curriculum Ideas, significant change has taken place in the standard of evaluating junior high information technology education. Regarding the new standard, correct understanding, careful research and creative exploration do have positive influences on the reflection of teaching behaviors. The specialization level of teachers will also be raised after that. Moreover, the mode of information technology class relies on the education evaluation standard. That is to say, the standard influences education greatly. Education evaluation is a double-edged sword. If we handle properly, it can be a great momentum of developing information technology education. Otherwise, it can be an obstacle.In order to achieve the goal of the evaluation, various methods with distinctive strengths have been making contributions to it in different areas. Faced with lively social individuals, education itself should be an accurate understanding of human beings and teaching activities. Trying to combine multiple methods has become an inexorable trend of information technology education evaluating under New Curriculum Ideas.Through this article, we are trying our best to build up a new education evaluation standard and put it into practice. Also we devote in exploring the inherent law of information technology teaching, raising teachers'level of class-teaching as well as helping them forming their correct teaching views and behaviors. In this way, there will be a considerable development in students'computer literacy.
