The emerging science and technology of the Internet has reshaped the thinking mode and learning habits of the people.As the representative of the advanced productive forces and the symbol of the strategic power,the development level of the Internet has played an important role in the international status of the country.Therefore,it is the urgent demand of our country to strive to improve the information literacy of the whole nation and enhance the adaptability of the people to the information society.Information technology curriculum,as a basic discipline to cultivate students' information literacy and popularize Internet technology knowledge,occupies an important position in the new curriculum reform of the country.In the remote Tibetan area,the teaching resources are obsolete and the matching degree is not high with the students' learning style.The problem of the limited status of the students in the traditional teaching mode leads to the lower interest of the students in the information technology and the low information literacy of the Tibetan students.In view of the above problems,this article selects the Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Dibu County as the investigation point.With the help of the SPOC(Small Private Online Course)teaching mode,the teaching pattern of the flipping class in the class used to improve the teaching habits of the local cramming.In the actual evaluation process,through the practical application of the classroom,we will get the analysis of the teaching data,confirmed that the SPOC based overturn teaching model has a significant role in promoting the learning of the basic knowledge of the students' information technology course and the promotion of information literacy.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the teaching status of four junior high school information technology courses in Junior Middle School of Gannan Xia he middle school,Gannan state cooperation,junior middle school and Zang junior middle school in die Bu county.It is found that most of the local schools have complete teaching facilities,but the information literacy of the teachers needs to be improved and the teaching mode of the local information technology courses is too traditional.It is difficult to combine the Tibetan students' own learning style to achieve efficient teaching effect,but students have strong interest in information technology courses and have a strong thirst for knowledge.By analyzing the present characteristics of the teaching mode of the local information technology course,we find that the combination of the two teaching modes in the SPOC and the overturned class in the class can solve the problems in the local traditional teaching model.The teaching content supported by the SPOC teaching model should be small,restrictive and linear,which can alleviate the current situation of the teaching content of local information technology,which is complicated and old,and derailed with the learning styles of local students.The concept of "students become learning subjects and teachers as learning leading" in the course of class reversal classroom teaching can rationally allocate the role of teachers and students in the classroom,give full play to the initiative of the students,strengthen the communication between students and teachers.It can help students think in practice,it also helps students to understand and construct knowledge deeply.On the basis of the analysis of the four traditional teaching theories(constructivist learning theory,mixed learning theory,mastery learning theory and task driven learning theory),this paper studies the SPOC based flipping teaching mode based on the learning characteristics and teaching status of the Tibetan students in Diebu County of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.The four stages of design and production of learning resources,knowledge transfer in the early stage,medium-term cooperative inquiry and later feedback evaluation are elaborated in detail.In order to verify the feasibility of this teaching mode,this paper takes "Flash frame by frame animation" course as an example to carry out teaching case design.The teaching case design from the learners,teaching materials,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching heavy difficulties,teaching environment and teaching resources,teaching process,teaching evaluation and other dimensions of the Tibetan students to carry out a targeted analysis and research.By selecting two groups of Tibetan students with equal information technology ability to carry out teaching experiments,and combining the diagnostic evaluation,relative evaluation,formative evaluation and summary evaluation,the students' learning process and study results are measured from multiple angles.Finally,through data processing and analysis,it verifies the dual validity of the theory and practice of SPOC based classroom inversion teaching mode.
