The Investigation and Analysis on the Students'Capacity of Teaching in Gymnastics of Required Courses of Higher Normal Physical Education SpecialtyIn recent years, Gymnastics has become one of the most important sports in Olympic Games, the Asian Games and University Games in China. It is also one of the compulsory courses in higher normal physical education department. Because of the important role of gymnastics in our society and universities, no other projects can replace it. So there must be higher request for the gymnastics educators in their capacities of teaching. At the same time, this course has its special advantage in cultivating the students'ability related with gymnastics and cannot be replaced.This paper is try to analysis and summary that language ability, action demonstration ability, personal skill grasping ability and the wrong action corrective and protection are very important in the way of questionnaire, interviewing experts, field research, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and survey research, etc. The Research objects are the students of Northeast Normal University, JILIN Normal University, ChangChun Normal University's Physical Education department. Those capacities play an important part both in the improvement of students'capacity of teaching and in the position of teaching.However, those capacities are not taught very often in gymnastics of required courses of higher normal physical education specialty. Most of the time the class is all about the teachers' teaching and explaining and partly students'movement practicing and mastering. This method ignores the students' teaching ability so that this ability failed to get ideal. Based on this reason, there must be some effect in improving students' future employment and education work .Therefore, the author has some investigation into this phenomenon and gives some advise to the problems in gymnastics of required courses of higher normal physical education specialty. This paper aimed at cultivating more professional, more outstanding sports education professional qualified teachers, and also laying a good foundation for normal universities education so that to provide the theory basis and the practical reference for them.
