Teachers'professional development is a very concerned question in this centuryand it's also a question that we must face in the trend of teachers'specialization.Because of the establishment of an open system of teachers'education, highereducation developed very quickly in the past ten years,so the proportion of the youngteachers in the high college has increased year after year. Now,the young teachersbecome very important strength and their development is related to teaching quality inhigh college. This research on new teachers'growth and factors is very necessary andimportant to the construction of new teachers'troops in high college.Over pastdecades,to teachers'professional development,we have paid more attention to theprimary and secondary school teachers and famous teachers so we have paid lessattention to the new teachers and we have hardly studied the new teachers in highcollege. We only attended how teachers'professional development served for highereducation and high college but we didn't care how to promote teachers'selfdevelopment.This article makes use of the style of narrative and focuses on the growth of newteachers'profession.The author has engaged in teaching for 18 years and has trainednew teachers for 12 years.So we can analyze the professional growth process of newteachers in the adaptation period in high college from the view of adaptation ofinstruction and participation of researching and direction of students'socialpractice.Through these we show the developing condition of new teachers in theadaptation period in high college and analyze the factors of teachers'professionaldevelopment and discuss the effective strategy of promoting professional growth ofnew teachers.This article shows the new teachers'living conditions and reflects thework of the teachers'training through top-down perspective.we hope that teachers'education can groom more and more new teachers who are more adaptable and morepotential.In the quotation of this text, the author introduces the reasons of researching thequestion and defines the conception about the study and discusses the value of thisexamination and determines the content on the research and considers the methods onthe research. In this article, the author recalls her own professional growth'sexperience and hearkens the voice of new teachers'professional growth and comparesthe development status of new teachers'professional growth in high college beforeand after high education's popularity and elaborates many things about new teachers'professional development and reflects many factors of the procession of new teachers'professional development and experiences the new teachers'mixed feelings.Throughthese, we hope the experts and the scholars and the managers can produce agreementand concern new teachers'professional development together.At last,we expect tomore and more new styles about new teachers'professional development in order tocreate new beautiful future.
