The physical contract is a modern form of management and became the link between teachers and common universities and colleges. The subtle and unexplained psychological expectation is the internal force for teachers to devote into education career, and is decisive for common universities and colleges. It is a new exploration to form a dynamic mechanism and enforce the management of psychological contract. To study this is valuable both theoretically and practically. This research first has a detailed summery to related theories and retrospect the development of psychological contract. And based on which is the empirical study and the following summaries:1.The psychological contract of teachers in common universities and colleges has a multi-layer structure which include responsibilities toward reality and the development of the school. Based on theoretical construction on the elements of psychological contracts, it includes teachers' behavior, teachers' attitude and teachers' values. The questionnaire has a high validity and can be used as a efficient tool to evaluate teachers' psychological contract.2. Based on the research of psychological contract in universities, we found it that the formation of psychological contract has a great influence on teachers' behavior, teachers'attitude and teachers' value. The psychological contract mainly influences efficiency through responsibility and influence teachers' attitude differently. And trust and emotional reliability has a correlation with responsibility. And the wants to leave the post is negative correlate with responsibility. Different teachers have different values which has an influence on inner values, outer values and career orientation. In the analysis, it is found that teachers' attitude has a good effect on predictions on the formation of the psychological contract of teachers in common universities and colleges which has great differences in the variables of demography and the features of the universities and colleges. Integrated model of the formation of psychological contract of teachers in common colleges and universities, teachers' behavior, teachers' value and teachers'attitudes has been built from the respect of ecological system. In the analysis, the formation of psychological contract of teachers in common colleges and universities influences teachers' behavior and attitude, and teachers' value influences the formation of psychological contract of teachers in common colleges and universities. In the comparison of teachers' features and colleges' features, it is found that there are great differences between the formation of psychological contract of teachers in common colleges and universities and the relative elements in the variables of demography and the features of the universities and colleges. The test result proves that the formation of psychological contract of teachers in common colleges and universities and the relative elements have an influence on teachers' behavior and attitude in the variables of demography and the features of the universities and colleges, and teachers' value has an influence on the formation of psychological contract of teachers in common colleges and universities and the relative elements in the variables of demography and the features of the universities and colleges.3. The research found that the content of different psychological contract influence teachers' behavior differently. And school's damage of psychological contract will debilitate teachers' responsibility and enhance teachers' normal ability. The school's damage of teachers' responsibility will lower the normal ability and affect the out-role ability and task ability. The damage of responsibility for school's development will have no effect on teachers' ability and the effect differs. The damage of responsibility will lower the teachers' attitude of trust, admittance and emotional attachment toward school and enhance teachers' will to leave. Inner value will strengthen teachers' responsibility and development while outer value will enhance teachers' responsibility, development and damage. During analysis, teachers'values will foretell the damage of psychological contract. The research found that the damage of psychological contract only has slight difference between populationery and school features. Biologically, it constructs the model of will condensed teachers' ability, values and attitude. And in the research, the damage of psychological contract will influence teachers' behavior and attitude. In comparison, the damage of teachers' psychological contract differs greatly and through tests, relative elements can influence the damage of teachers' psychological contracts.In the closing part, it deeply analyzed the conclusion and pointed out that the practical value of the result, on this bases, it further more detailed on the weak points of the research and made assumptions for the future study.In all, the study according to the rules of formation of psychological contract and supervised teachers' behavior and attitude which provides valuable information for human resources managers.
