The Volleyball Team Survey Of Traditional Sports School Of ShanDong Province

Traditional Sports School is an important base for training qualified personnel, "selected seedling from an early age, lay the foundation, systematic training, to actively promote" is China's traditional project amateur sports training guidelines. Decades of training of traditional Sports volleyball team proved,from childhood, is to do a good job young amateur training. Most of the podium next to board up the young athlete is now, therefore, not only should pay attention to amateur sports of volleyball training, but also attach importance to the school's sports tradition of amateur volleyball training program.In this paper, literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other methods in different parts of Shandong Traditional Sports volleyball team to investigate the specific conditions, analysis of survey results, obtained in different parts of Shandong Province, caused by traditional Sports Volleyball campaign of the reasons for differences and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for other provinces, the traditional sport of volleyball to better carry out the project play a role in learning.The results showed that:(1)Traditional Sports, Shandong Province, the overall situation better school volleyball: volleyball venue of good quality; school funding is the main source of funding volleyball; school principals and coaches responsible for each combination of management system is a major school sports teams management.(2)Shandong Traditional Sports School volleyball team's weekly training times and training time is reasonable; school athletes of the college volleyball team transportation unit mainly based.(3)Shandong Traditional Sports School volleyball coaches sources more widely; coaches sex and age structure is more reasonable, and many have a longer life coaching.(4) Most of the school volleyball coaches with college degree or above; coaches titles to high-, intermediate-based. Coaches and scientific selection of scientific research to be improved.(5)Shandong Traditional Sports school volleyball player of the basic high-quality, age structure is more reasonable; better motivated to participate in volleyball training; need to improve technical and tactical movement, learning and training less than ideal handling conflict.(6)Shandong Traditional Sports volleyball team, the main problems are: the material conditions of schools are quite different, learning and training is still currently more prominent contradictions and problems, need to improve the overall quality of coaches, athletes of the overall activity level to be improved.This project for the volleyball team, Shandong Province, the status quo of traditional sports of the main problems, combined with the actual situation of Shandong Province, Shandong Province, proposed to promote sustainable and healthy volleyball Traditional Sports Development Strategy: a multi-channel financing to improve the material conditions of schools; insist technical training with a combination of theoretical study; promote comprehensive development of volleyball players to strengthen the management of athletes, to ease the contradiction between learning and training, to broaden the training channels and further enhance the level of scientific training of coaches; Sports Council and the Board of Education to strengthen communication and exchanges to broaden the way transportation of athletes.
