Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of Outstanding Volleyball Teams For Young People In Shandong Province

In this paper, volleyball tournament in the twenty-third Provincial Games held in Jining City,Shandong Province were took as the study object. Current situation of youth volleyball team in Shandong Province were studied from the perspectives of coaches, athletes, venues funding,management and other areas. Literature, questionnaires, interviews, mathematical statistics,comprehensive analysis and other research methods were applied to investigate and research the building of youth volleyball team in Shandong Province., to find a little flaw in the construction of youth volleyball team in Shandong Province, then provide some useful lessons for youth volleyball development in Shandong Province and more expect to provide a useful reference to the decision-making department. The results showed that:1. The volleyball teams of Shandong Province have won the competition in large domestic honors, but poor performance occurred because of the management system and the deficiencies of lack of reserve forces. The overall situation is not optimistic for youth volleyball team.2. Shandong Province is the largest sports province, but athletes from different places are not balanced, quality of athletes from each city are very different. Exchanging players is large, although this can strengthen exchanges between the team and the team to some extent, but also reflects uneven of the volleyball development level of various cities.3. Lack of training and match funding problem persists in the youth volleyball team in Shandong province. The earmarks from government and school cannot meet basic needs of the sports teams. They have to rely on sponsorship community, parents and businesses to support in order to achieve development; these outstanding issues greatly weakened the athletes and coaches in training initiative.4. Unsatisfactory sports facilities cannot meet the basic requirements for the training of sports teams. When they suffer inclement weather, time and quality of training of athletes could not gain the fundamental guarantee. This unsatisfactory situation is difficult to meet the current scientific training requirements and direct impact on performance-enhancing of volleyball team.5. Coaches with relatively young age and short coaching life could not reflect the positive role of old coach very well in helping them with their work and teaching them by setting examples In addition, only a small number of coaches have rarely chance to participate in training, education and learning each year. This leads to the volleyball team to rely solely on their existing experience, which simply cannot meet the requirements of the modern era of coaches.6. Coaches focused too much on results in the process of training of athletes, ignored the comprehensive capacity of youth. They could not solve the contradiction between cultural learning and training, which resulted in lack of proper promotion in cultural qualities andunguaranteed employment after the retirement, causing some deviations in the attitudes and perceptions from parents and the community in this regard.
