Research On The Development Strategy Of College Volleyball Team In Gansu Province

This paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,data statistics,on-the-spot investigation and logical analysis to understand the current situation of volleyball teams in colleges and universities in Gansu province and provide references for coaches,managers and relevant decision makers in colleges and universities.This paper takes 20 men's and women's teams from 12 colleges and universities who entered for the volleyball competition in the 4th Universiade of Gansu Province as the research object.Taking coaches and athletes as the survey objects,the basic components of the participating teams,namely,athletes,coaches,training and competition,material basis and other aspects,were investigated through on-site questionnaires,and the relevant data collected were sorted out,classified,counted and analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn and relevant suggestions are put forward.1.Conclusion1.1 the athletes are not prominent in height,poor in student resources,few in training years,good in training motivation and rich in team entry forms.1.2 coaches are mainly young and middle-aged,with short teaching years,high educational level,low professional title and few training times.1.3 the team has a year-round systematic training plan.However,the training time is short,the frequency of psychological training is low,the means of recovery after training is single,and the number of competition is small.1.4 leaders are more concerned about the team,with less investment and single source,poor training ground and general equipment quality.2.Suggestions2.1 strengthen the training and learning of coaches,establish a complete post training mechanism,and improve the treatment of coaches.Select coaches by selection and compete for posts.2.2 actively carry out all kinds of volleyball competitions in the school,and establish the campus volleyball culture season.We should strengthen the exchange of volleyball competitions in various forms between schools,give full play to the strength of sports associations in schools and departments,and increase the publicity of volleyball.2.3 the school volleyball association should strengthen the extensive communication with the society outside the school,and make use of the advantages of the school sports ground to broaden the sources of funds.2.4 call on the school to increase the support of training funds and build sports facilities.Improve the quality of the original site equipment.
