Emotion regulation teaching method is a new teaching model that teachers are under a certain of education purpose, in the way of managing and adjusting the students′mood, to guide and make use of the positive effects of students′predominant emotions in teaching , and to provide the students with the best emotional states ,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of the students . As the emotional psychology and pedagogy of the deepening of the research, people become more aware of the situation of teaching in the important significance, and has initially to optimize teaching with emotion in the teaching of philosophy to make a conscious attempt. In the sports teaching activity, there are a large number of factors can stimulate changes in students'mood and emotion , how to let the students Aerobics learning emotion experience more rich through the course , and how to make students learn to use emotions to promote the development of creative thinking, should become the new issues that the physical educators have to consider. The problem that emotion regulation teaching model mainly talk about is inducing and regulating the students′emotion in the sports teaching process, and learning to form the best mood state, significantly improve the students′curiosity,sports interest and pleasant emotional experience in sports activities, and can adjust and control anxiety produced in sports activities, and make students glad to learn,easy to learn, and so as to cultivate the students' physical and mental development harmoniously Emotion regulation teaching mode to promote students' overall development has very important significance. The Mood regulation teaching method has realistic and significant importance to promoting an all-round development of the quality of the students.The intention of the emotion regulation process is coordinating the emotional and cognitive behavior in the respect of emotional arousal subjective experience and behavior expression to achieve a good adaptation, flexible and effective management state and emotion regulation to help promote the orientation behavior and cognitive activity. In the sports teaching process we should observe and analysis carefully and adopt effective strategies actively , such as induced respiration, suggesting, massage and attention that are all adjustable, so that the sports teaching process will be completed in a positive emotion. Physical education teachers has developed many effective regulation of students' emotional teaching strategies from emotion regulation teaching mode, it serves as an effective teaching method in teaching of physical education, and promoting the comprehensive quality of students ,in the way of which it has very realistic and important meaning.
