With the development of higher education internationalization and the economic globalization, international Higher Education Service Trade has rapidly expanded and developed. Different from the developed countries in international education service market, China's education service industry develops slowly and has a disadvantage position in international competition. Close connection on China's reality have an important value on strengthening our country Higher Education Service Trade development studies, developing our country's education service trade, enhancing the export of services.The core study of this paper is how to improve the competitiveness of the Higher Educational Services Trade export. This article is divided into five chapters for discussion. The ChapterⅠintroduces the aims and significance of this paper, a literature review based on domestic, and draws a outline of the research contents; ChapterⅡmakes the definition of related concepts, and mainly discusses Michael Porter's Diamond Theory was put forward as the theoretical framework to explain China's education services trade export. The next ChapterⅢquantitatively analyzes the status of china trade in higher education services. ChapterⅣUsing "Diamond Model" of Potter, specifically analyzes China's export trade competitiveness of higher education services mainly from factors of production, market demand, related and supporting industries, university's developing strategy, structure and competition, opportunities and the Government; Chapter V analyzes the strengths,weakness,opportunities and threats of the development of Higher Education Service Trade. Chapter VIputs forward specific measures and suggestions based on problems in Chapter Five. We hope that it can contribute to the development of higher education service trade in our country.
