Migrant farmers are brought by the duality system between city and country, which is the special group under the given historic epoch. According to the survey by the certain department, the population of migrant farmers in the narrow sense is over 120 million, and about 200 million in the broad sense. Migrant farmer is a huge social group, which results in many economical, political, cultural and social issues. The preschool education of migrant farmers'children is the one of the most critical problems. It was not supposed to be paid much attention to. In view of this fact, the preschool education of migrant farmers'children was investigated in this paper. The purpose of this paper is to understand the status in quo of the preschool education of migrant farmers'children, to find the reason of these problems and put forward some reasonable measures.The research methods of survey, interview and literature reference were used to study the preschool education of migrant farmers'children in Fo Tang industrial park, Yi Wu city, Zhe Jiang province. The status in quo of the preschool education of migrant farmers'children, the causes of these problems and suggestions are mainly discussed in this paper.Firstly, the status in quo of the preschool education of migrant farmers'children including home education, school education and community education was factually and fully obtained. It is found that there are a lot of unreasonable problems of the family education such as the education environment, the ways of education, the value of education and parentage. In the school education, the enrollment rate is lower and the conditions of both the software and hard ware of the kindergarten are bad. The infrastructure, environment and atmosphere of community education are not helpful for the children's physical and mental health. Secondly, the reasons for the preschool education problems of migrant farmers'children were discussed from the government policy, deep social issue and economy foundation of migrant farmers themselves in view of the theory of modern society development. At last, the preschool education problems of migrant farmers'children were thought over, and some measures including the new orientation of the preschool education of migrant farmers'children, the establish of national policy and the support of social economy were put forward.
