On the background of lacking a complete adoptive educational system to meet the needs of the social population flow, facing and solving the education problem of the migrant farmers' children does affect not only the growth of the children and the realization of their self-worth, but also the sustainable development of the national modernization and urbanization of China, which is also the background of the topic and study meaning.The author generally introduces the educational situation of the migrant farmers' children, analyzes the study situation of this problem in details and chooses the migrant farmers' children in 30 primary schools at Tianxin Community in Changsha as the subjects, as an English teacher to join them in the school life and obtaining their first-hand information. This paper analyzes and probes on the educational problem of the migrant farmers' children on the basis of their study life in public primary schools.In this paper, the main part analyzes human capital theory, efficiency and equity theory, the humanity theory in-depth. On the basis of theoretical research, starting from the practical situation, the author describes the life of migrant farmers' children in the sample primary school through the construction of the three relationships between school and students, teachers and students and students and students, and reveals the situation to adjust to the urban school life of the migrant farmers' children, meanwhile the fair education problem of migrant fanners' children accepting the free urban compulsory education is set forth and digs out the reasons of the problem, including education investment system, the existing household registration system and the other causes.Finally, the author brings forth the forward-looking thinking, through understanding the education fair conducts abroad deeply and combining the ever-changing background of the times, in order to attract the concerns from all the rounds in the society and contribute to solve the problem.
