With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,there has been a phenomenon of large-scale population movement.However,due to the insufficiency of the development of China's social and economic system and the lack of convergence between the old and new social systems,the population movement,especially the children of their follow-up,flooded into the towns,bringing new problems to the development of urban society.New challenges,new pressures.The issue of education for migrant children has also become one of the most challenging social issues at this stage.Various types of governments at all levels have implemented a series of education policies and regulations on migrant children,such as the " two mains ",which is mainly based on the management of inflowing local governments,and the full-time public primary and secondary schools,and have achieved remarkable results,to a certain extent.It guarantees the right of migrant children to be educated in different places.Although the policies and regulations on migrant children have achieved certain results,they are still unfairly encountered by migrant children in the process of accepting compulsory education in different places,due to the deep institutional barriers such as the traditional household registration system and the urban-rural dual structure.In particular,it is a combination of urban and rural areas with a complex population structure.Based on the reading and collation of the existing research results,this study selected 1,165 students from the first to the third grade of P Town,Zhengzhou City as the research object,and interviewed some parents and teachers,using qualitative research.Methods,through daily observation,questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,aim to explore the current situation of migrant children in urban and rural areas,the problems that arise in the process,and how to better achieve educational equity.The questionnaire starts from the three aspects of school education,interpersonal communication and family education.It is found that migrant children in urban and rural areas have high transfer experience,passive learning and communication attitude,and weak family education.The daily observation and interview data analysis in the actual survey is based on the flow and child rearing characteristics of migrant children,and divides migrant children into"general mobile children " with family mobility as well as "mobile children in the flow ""Groups" summarized the educational problems of migrant children with different types of mobility,and analyzed the characteristics of children with different mobility characteristics in urban and rural areas,and analyzed and reflected on the prominent problems faced by migrant children.From the three aspects of government,school and family,this paper proposes the need to build a caring government policy system to realize the flexible flow of educational resources;to build an inclusive home-school cooperation mechanism,to explore a new model of home-school cooperation;to build a supportive family environment In order to change the family education and change the mind,we will form a "three-way education synergy" thinking proposal in the vertical direction,with a view to further realize the educational concept of "sharing a blue sky and accepting the same education."...
