According to the the experimental study on Gaseous Metabolism and Echocardiogram of the male middle-distance runner,the aim is to evaluate the relationship between gaseous metabolism and the function of heart of the male middle-distance runner.The research object is 10 male middle-distance runners and 12nomal university students of Xi'an Physical Education Institute. Separately measured their echocardiogram,gaseous metabolism function and the blood lactic acid after the exercise immediantely,the 3 minet and the 6minet.The load model is that:the people who is been tested sit on the power bicycle,and then measured his gaseous metabolism index when quiet.After that,make the incremental cycle test.The sports load starts from 60w,the rotational speed is 60r/min,each level of loads continues 3 minet,every time increases 40w is the next level of loads,until exhausted.The Reasults:1. The EDV,ESV,IVSD,IVSS,LVPWD,LVPWS,EDVI,ESVI,SV and SVI of runners'is significantly higher than nomal student when quiet (P<0.05,0.01); but LVPWM,CO,COI,EF,%FS and E/A have no difference.2. During the exercise process,the EDV,IVSS,LVPWS,SV,VO2 and VO2/HR of runners'are significantly higher than nomal student (P<0.05,0.01) under each level; VEO2 and VD/TV are significantly lower than nomal student (P<0.05, 0.01)3. When VT, athletes' SV,CO,COI,MV,TV,VE,VO2,CO2,V02/kg,METS,VO2/HR are significantly higher than nomal student, VEO2 and VD/TV are significantly lower than nomal student; VO2VT of runners'is positive related with VO2/HR,VE and TV at medium level,and show negative relationship with VEO2; VO2VT of nomal students is positive related withVE and VO2/HR.4.When VO2max,the SV,CO,COI,MV,TV,RR,VE,VO2,CO2,RQ,V02/kg,METS and VO2/HR of runners'are significantly higher than nomal student,the runners'EF and %FS are higher than nomal students'a little,and VEO2 and VD/TV are significantly lower than nomal student; VO2max of runners' is positive related with TV, VO2/HR,VE and RR,and show negative relationship with VEO2;.Mainly conclusion:6.1.1 The heart cubage,cardiac wall,interventricular septal thickness and SV of runners'are higer than nomal students'. 6.1.2 Endurance athletes has strongly contraction ability,so it has higher SV and it's ability of systole and diastole are stronger.6.1.3 During exercise process, endurance athletes has the higher ventilation efficiency,coefficient of oxygen utilization and its function of heart and lung are better to be related.6.1.4 During exercise process, endurance athletes has favourable ability of gaseous metabolism is related with its cardiac contractive ability,its functional reserve of pump blood,its nerval-humoral regulation and so on.
