In this paper, in order to focus on the Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Ganzi amateur sports school youth middle distance athlete as the object of study, in order to prepare for the Sichuan Province twelve games were studied for a year before the game training. Through the experimental study on a year come to the following conclusions:In 1, the world endurance plateau good ability of young middle distance runner, long distance run is outstanding, fatigue recovery faster, indomitable willpower and endurance with hardship spirit. But long time low intensity aerobic exercise can hinder the player to remain "high speed" run ability promotion, is not conducive to improve the performance of athletes, so the Native Plateau young middle distance athletes should pay attention to strength the proportion of plateau oxygen endurance training,2, speed quality is the impact of native determinants specific performance plateau young middle distance runner improvement,The use of a variety of different distance speed quality training methods, improve the speed quality of the level of athletes is the main direction of plateau native young middle distance runner in the future training.3, in Plateau and plain stage in the special test, under the plateau athletes after three days before the peak appeared athletic performance, but in fourth days after the athletes appeared obvious "low response to the original," special achievement fluctuation is bigger, so the Native Plateau juvenile middle distance race athletes compete the best time to complete the game should be plain in three days after the plateau.4, Ganzi sports school youth middle distance race athletes before intensive training stage, try plateau sub plateau- plain model training, before the sub altitude training can be used in the effective transition platform runners participating in the plateau plain for the world youth.5, pay attention to native culture plateau young athletes’ psychological quality, the athlete timid, self-confidence is not strong and so on the psychological, but also is the main reason leading to defeat the competitors.
