The school's mission is to educate people, and the object of education is people; education is for people and serves people. Teachers are managed, but also managers, (?)ey have feelings and self-conscious; they have the needs of self-development and (?)elf-actualization. Human management is based on the guiding theory to respect people, liberate people and develop humans; Therefore, only the implementation of Human management in order to better meet the needs of teachers.This paper designs" Teacher sense of belonging Questionnaire", the object of (?)nvestigation is the primary and secondary school teachers. Through analysis of (?)urvey data, Discusses the main factors affecting the teacher belonging. Mainly in the following aspects:First, the management philosophy; the second is the value orientation; Third, the management systems; Fourth, management method. According to the results of the survey and theoretical analysis, This research put forward by the humanistic management of improving teachers of belonging strategies:First, schools must establish a concept of people-oriented management; the second is to establish humanistic management systems; thirdly, School culture construction; Fourth, Improving teachers' salary and benefits package.Superficially by humanistic management to enhance a sense of belonging is for teachers, but the underlying significance is for the development of schools. Humanistic management can not only build teachers' sense of belonging, but also advance the development of school. Only until teachers' sense of belonging is built, can they form a sense of acceptance of the school, like the school development goals, management and school cultural. At the same time, they will also have strong feelings of a process, including the overall development in the school, so as to form their good behaviors and common values. Schools' development needs the humanistic management and the teachers' sense of belonging; they are interrelated, interacted and can not be separated from each other.
